Reversing.

This appeal is prosecuted by the appellant from the judgment of the lower court directing the jury to return a verdict in favor of the appellees in a suit he had brought against them to recover damages for personal injuries. The appellant, at the time he sustained the injuries complained of, was „ employed by J eff erson County as the engineer of a steam roller in the reconstruction and maintenance of a county road of Jefferson County known as the Eighteenth Street Road.
