INTRODUCTION

Defendant Certainteed Corporation (“Certainteed”) seeks summary judgment, or alternatively summary adjudication, on Plaintiff Eddie Holtzclaw’s (“Plaintiff’) claims for disability discrimination, age discrimination, failure to accommodate disability, retaliation or wrongful termination, and punitive damages.
