Defendant Progressive Casualty Insurance Company appeals as of right orders of the Wayne Circuit Court granting plaintiff Jason Gold-stein’s and defendant United Services Automobile Association Insurance Company’s (usaa) motions for summary disposition. We affirm.

Plaintiff, a college student from another state, was injured when the car in which he was a passenger was involved in a head-on collision on 1-94 in Detroit.
