Cardona, EJ. Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Giardino, J.), rendered October 2, 2003, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of grand larceny in the third degree and criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree (12 counts).

Following a jury trial, defendant was found guilty of grand larceny in the third degree and 12 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree and was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of U/s to 4 years on each count.
