NORTHCOTT, Circuit Judge.

One William Lowry filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy in the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Virginia, on the 10th day of June, 1929, and he was, on the same day, duly adjudicated a bankrupt. In the schedules filed by him, he listed a Hudson automobile as subject to the lien of appellant company. Appellee was duly appointed and qualified as trustee for the bankrupt estate.
