NORTHCOTT, Circuit Judge.
On May 27,1929, Lewis McKinney Webb, appellant here, to be hereinafter referred to as the bankrupt, filed his voluntary petition in bankruptcy in the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of West Virginia, and was duly adjudicated a bankrupt thereon.
In his schedule, duly sworn to, the bankrupt listed as a creditor the Lincoln Bond &. Mortgage Company (now known as Standard Bond & Mortgage Company) of Richmond, Va., stating in said petition that the amount of the indebtedness was $9,233.50, and that it was secured by two deeds of trust on…
