Defendants appeal from a decree impressing certain real estate with a trust for the benefit of the grantors, and ordering that defendants reconvey the property to plaintiff, after an accounting.

No exception was taken to those findings of fact by the trial court which disclose that plaintiff is qualified and authorized to bring this action in a representative capacity; that Emily R.
