Action to remove cloud, quiet title, and obtain possession of certain real estate in Kittitas county. A decree was entered in favor of the defendants by the court below. Plaintiff appeals. The facts are as follows: Prior to the year 1900 the appellant was the owner of the land in question. This land is located in what is known as the “Middle Kittitas Irrigation District,” organized under the act of March 20, 1890.
