Plaintiff-appellant Donald Yamaguchi appeals from summary judgment entered in favor of defendants-appellees The Queen’s Medical Center (“Queen’s Hospital”) and Dr. Richard S. Dodge, dismissing appellant’s medical malpractice action against them as barred by the statute of limitations applicable to medical tort proceedings contained in HRS § 657-7.3 (1976). From what we have ascertained to be the pertinent factual and legal issues concerning the statute, and from the state of the record herein, however, we conclude that summary judgment was improper and remand…
