—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (William Wallace, III, J.), rendered July 8, 1993, convicting defendant, after trial by jury, of murder in the second degree, four counts of attempted murder in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and assault in the second degree and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 25 years to life, four terms of 12V2 to 25 years, 5 to 15 years and 2Vs to 7 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
