This appeal is from the order of the circuit court of Henderson County denying defendant’s motion to dismiss an arresting officer’s affidavit in an implied consent action under the Illinois Vehicle Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 95M, par. 11 — 501.1). Defendant-appellant contends on this appeal the implied consent action should be dismissed because the sworn statement of the arresting officer was insufficient to comply with the statutory requirements.
