Defendant appeals from the decision of the Circuit Court finding that there was compliance with the requisites of the implied consent act. Suspension of his driver’s license followed a circuit court hearing held pursuant to the Illinois implied consent statute (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 95%, par. 11 — 501.1). The trial court found that the officer who arrested defendant had reasonable grounds to believe that defendant was driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, that defendant was informed orally of his rights as provided by statute, and that, after being so advised, he…
