HAMILTON, District Judge.

This case is presented to the court by way of appeal from an order of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina (hereinafter “Bankruptcy Court”). Jurisdiction is based upon 28 U.S.C. § 1334 (1976). The appellant, Joanne Mitchell Wolfe, excepts to the January 25, 1983, order of the Bankruptcy Court denying her claim for interest and attorneys’ fees on an indebtedness.
