GIGNOUX, District Judge.

Beneficial Finance Co. of Maine petitions for review of an order of the referee in bankruptcy disallowing its unsecured claim in the amount of $402.77 filed in this proceeding for a wage earner plan under the provisions of Chapter XIII of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1086 (1964). The basis of the referee’s order of dis-allowance was his determination that the petitioner has failed to prove that its claim is free from usury, within the meaning of and to the extent required by Section 656(b) of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. §…
