This action was instituted in the district court of Tulsa county on the 14th day of October, 1920, by appellant, plaintiff in the trial court, against the appellees, defendants in the trial court, to recover damages for an alleged breach of a contract of sale of gasoline by defendants to plaintiff, and this appeal is taken from a judgment of the trial court sustaining defendant’s general demurrer to plaintiff’s amended petition, which is as follows:
