This cause is presented on appeal from a decision of the district court of Tulsa county. The trial judge sustained demurrers to the petition of the plaintiff and entered its order dismissing plaintiff’s action with prejudice.

The plaintiff has appealed and appears before this court as plaintiff in error. Our continued reference to the parties will be by their trial court designation.
