MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Fitterer Engineering Associates, Inc., the Debtor in Possession, (hereinafter “FEA”), filed a Petition for Relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on March 30, 1981. FEA filed an Application for Authority to Reject an Executory Contract between FEA and the law firm of Lane, Aitken, Kice & Kanen, (hereinafter “the Law Firm”).
