This matter is before the Court following a bench trial held on March 16 and 17, 2011 on the Government’s charges against the defendant, James Richard Koegel (“Defendant”), for one (1) count of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2241(c) (Count One); six (6) counts of receipt of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2) (Counts Two through Seven); two (2) counts of possession of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5) (Counts Eight and Nine); and…
