Douglas Demarrias appeals from his conviction on four counts of abusive sexual contact with his fourteen year old stepdaughter, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2244(a)(1) and (3). Demarrias contends that the district court 1 was without jurisdiction to try and sentence him for these offenses. He also argues that a lesser included offense instruction was improperly given.
