Wilbur Hart, William Hart, Douglas Hart and Robert Trapp sued William Myers, Thomas Welch, and Rick Lewis, conservation officers employed by the Department of Environmental Protection of the State of Connecticut for alleged violations of 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiffs claim defendants, acting in their individual capacities, conducted an unconstitutional search, seizure and arrest in violation of the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
