The estate of Eli Sergent, deceased, is being administered in the County Court of Boone County. The widow filed a petition in said court stating that a widow’s award of $700 had been made to her, and approved by the court, and that she had filed an election to take the same in money; that it had not been paid and there was no personal estate from which to pay it; and she asked that the executor be directed to file a petition to sell certain real estate owned by deceased, for the payment of claims and costs, including the sum due her on said award.
