TMs appeal by Mary Jean Barnes and Cornelia W. Barnes, guardian of Donald Barnes, a minor, seeks to reverse an order of the probate court of Cook county which denied a petition filed in that court by the executor of the estate of Mary E. Coleman, deceased, to sell real estate belonging to said estate to pay legacies bequeathed to Donald Barnes and Mary Jean Barnes under the will of said Mary E. Coleman.
