1Opinion of the Court

COMPTON, Chief Justice.

This is an action in partition. The complaint alleges that appellee and two sisters, Victoriana Gomez Sandoval and appellant, Ramoncita Gomez de Chacon, are the owners as tenants in common of the premises involved; that each owns an undivided one-third interest therein. The answer denies all allegations of substance. Further answering, and by way of counterclaim, appellants claimed the fee title to the whole of the premises. The trial court concluded that the three sisters were tenants in common and partitioned the same among them, and appellants appeal.
