In this case, Robert L. Elfont, by bis father and next friend, Jonas Elfont, on tbe 24th day of December, 1930, filed a bill in tbe Circuit- Court Em. 2 of Baltimore City against Laurette Elfont, tbe wife of Robert, asking for tbe annulment of tbe marriage of Robert and Laurette, which was. celebrated on tbe 20th day of August, 1926. Tbe bill alleged that, at tbe time of tbe marriage and prior thereto, Robert L. Elfont “was of unsound mind and incapable of understanding tbe consequences of Ms act,” and that he “continued to be of unsound mind…
