This appeal from a decree dismissing a cross-bill is one step in a zoning case that comprises administrative pro ceedings and litigation, which though diligently prosecuted seem unending. The bone of contention is an improved parcel of land, containing less than an acre, bounding on Old Georgetown Road and Greentree Road in Montgomery County in the Maryland-Washington Regional District. On September 22, 1948 this parcel was conveyed to appellant by gift from his father.
