HALL, Justice.

This is a suit by appellee for the balance alleged to be due him by appellant for hay shipped to it in December 1937, by appellee under the terms of a written sales contract theretofore entered into by them. Appellant answered by general demurrer and general denial and averred that it purchased 650 tons of U. S. No. 2 feeding hay, but ap-pellee shipped lower grades of hay mixed with U. S. No. 2; that said hay was purchased by appellant to fill a contract it had with the United States Government at Fort Sill, Oklahoma; that several cars of said' hay were refused by the Government…
