Plaintiff Linda F. Marcóla £(k/a Linda Mobley brought this contract action against defendants General Insurance Services, Inc. (“GIS”) and its president, Karl Byers, alleging “On or about October of 1990, the Plaintiff agreed to sell and the defendants’ [sic] agreed to purchase from the Plaintiff a business known as Mobley Insurance Agency. The purchase price of said agency was Thirty Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($33,500.00).
