This case presents a question dealing with the ability of an unsecured creditor of a wholly-owned subsidiary corporation to reach the assets of the parent corporation to satisfy the subsidiary’s debt on its account with the creditor. After trial, the court submitted the case to a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of the creditor/appellee in the amount of $5,348.69 against the parent corporation/appellant.
