OPINION
This matter comes before the Court on Defendant American Airlines, Inc/s ("American") motion for judgment as a matter of law, or in the alternative a new trial with costs, attorney fees and transfer of the case to the Southern District of New York and on the Plaintiffs' motion to reconsider the exclusion of certain expert testimony.
BACKGROUND
