Whether an exclusion of liability coverage for bodily injury “expected or intended by an insured person” encompasses bodily injury caused by an insured’s act of self-defense is a question of first impression for this Court. The defendants-appellants, James and Marion Harrington, argue that the Court of Appeals incorrectly reversed the trial court’s grant of summary disposition for them.
