—In an action to recover upon a personal guarantee of a corporate note, plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Doyle, J.), entered December 20, 1983, which, after a nonjury trial, dismissed its complaint as barred by RPAPL 1301 and 1371.
Judgment affirmed, with costs.
