This appeal confronts the correlative rights of the defendants between themselves in this action to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly suffered by the plaintiffs1 as a consequence of the defendants’ negligence. Essentially, the questions raised are directed toward certain contractual provisions executed by the defendants, one of which bars claims against the defendant Mobil Oil Corporation made 12 months beyond the incident whereby they arise, and the other of which creates a right of indemnity in favor of Mobil against the defendant Pace…
