These consolidated cases come before the Court on the appeal of the plaintiffs, Coveco, Inc., Wasserman Realty, Inc., both Rhode Island corporations, and Cranwick Associates Limited Partnership, a Massachusetts limited partnership, collectively doing business as “The Mall at Coventry Joint Venture” (Mall Venture).
