Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered October 5, 1978, convicting the defendant, upon his plea of guilty, to the crime of attempted murder in the second degree, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of from 3Vs to 10 years, unanimously modified, on the law and in the interest of justice and as a matter of discretion, to reduce defendant’s sentence to an indeterminate term of 3 to 10 years, and otherwise affirmed.
