Sullivan, J. (concurring).
The judgment should be modified by reducing the sentence to an indeterminate term of 2⅓ to 7 years, thereby conforming the sentence to the court’s promise at the time of the plea. On January 2, 1979, defendant pleaded guilty to attempted murder in the second degree, a class B felony.
