Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, rendered March 2, 1976, convicting the defendant upon his plea of guilty to the crime of attempted burglary in the third degree, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of one and one-half to three years’ incarceration, reversed, on the law, the plea vacated and the matter remanded for further proceedings. The defendant was charged with burglary in the third degree and petit larceny.
