Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kangs County (Tomei, J.), rendered September 7, 1993, adjudicating him a youthful offender, upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and imposing sentence.
