—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hall, J.), rendered May 28, 1996, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant’s Batson motion (see, Batson v Kentucky, 476 US 79) was properly denied as he failed to make the requisite prima facie showing of discrimination.
