MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
GORTON, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Baystate Technologies, Inc. (“Baystate”), filed a six count complaint against Bentley Systems, Inc. (“Bentley”) alleging (1) misappropriation of trade secrets in violation of M.G.L.. c. 42, (2) copyright infringement in. violation of 17-U.S.C. § 106, (3) violations of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), (4) conversion, (5) tortious interference with advantageous business relations, and (6) unfair and deceptive trade practices in violation of M.G.L. c. 93A §§ 2, 11.
