EOT International, Inc. (ECTI) challenges the circuit court's grant of summary judgment to its former product manager, John Zwerlein. ECTI contends that Zwerlein misappropriated trade secrets, including knowledge of the workings of "promis.e" software and its customer and prospects lists. We affirm.
