Charles Bradley Rowland died November 1, 1926, leaving a last will and testament executed November 2, 1918. He owned real property in this State as tenant in common with' his brother Thomas Fitch Rowland, Jr., one of the executors. All of the real property in which deceased had an interest at the date of his death, except three parcels, was under lease to the Continental Iron Works, pursuant to which lease the tenant was required to pay the taxes and all other expenses in connection with the upkeep of the property and an annual rental of $15,000.
