Rocco Versad petitions this court for a writ of mandate to compel the San Diego County Superior Court to grant his request for an order requiring the Palomar Community College District (the District) to disclose under the California Public Records Act (the Act) (Gov. Code, § 6250 et seq.) 1 the personal performance goals of its former superintendent, Sherrill Amador, Ed.D., for the 2002-2003 academic year.
