LOKEN, Circuit Judge.

Gary Lefkowitz appeals his forty-five-eount conviction for mail and wire fraud, managing a continuing financial crimes enterprise, defrauding an agency of the United States, aiding in the preparation of false tax returns, making a false statement in connection with a bankruptcy ease, and obstruction of justice. He was sentenced to 293 months in prison for the continuing financial crimes enterprise violation, and to lesser concurrent terms on the other counts of conviction.
