JOHNSON, Justice.
This is a worker’s compensation case. The primary issue presented in this appeal is whether there was substantial competent evidence to support the finding of the Industrial Commission that the claimant (Archer) was totally and permanently disabled under the odd-lot doctrine. The Industrial Special Indemnity Fund (ISIF) also contests the apportionment of compensation for fifty percent of Archer’s disability to ISIF.
