Upon defendant’s special appearances and motions to quash the service of summons and complaint and to dismiss the action, the judge heard evidence, made elaborate findings of fact, conclusions of law and rendered judgment as set forth above.
This is plaintiff’s assignment of error as to the judge’s findings of fact: “1. For that the Judge of the Superior Court made certain findings of fact, which findings of fact are not supported by the evidence and which findings are contrary to the evidence.
