This matter having come before the Court on Defendants’, CSX Intermodal, Inc. and Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A. (collectively “Defendants”), objection to Magistrate Judge G. Donald Haneke’s March 28, 2003 Report and Recommendation, pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 72(b) and L. Civ.
