MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

FISH, Chief Judge.

Before the court is the motion of defendant United Parcel Service Co. (“UPS”) for summary judgment on all of the plaintiffs claims. For the reasons stated below, UPS’s motion is granted.

I. BACKGROUND

This is an employment discrimination case brought by Joe Alvarez (“Alvarez”) against his former employer, UPS, an international package delivery company.
