This is a consent case before the United States Magistrate Judge. Plaintiff, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), brought this case on behalf of Mohamed Elmougy (“Elmougy”), the Charging Party and Intervenor. Defendants are Omni Hotels Management Corporation, Omni Hotels Corporation, and Omni Hotels of Texas Inc. (referred to collectively as “Omni” or “Defendant”).
