The appellees bought a lot on the west side of North Meridian Street, south of Twenty-second Street, in the city of Indianapolis and erected thereon a brick business building. The appellant, who owns the north forty feet of the lot which adjoins appellee’s lot on the south, claims that the building erected by appellees extends over upon his lot a distance of 4% inches and brought this action against them in four paragraphs.
