In four issues, National Casualty Company appeals a judgment entered after a bench trial, in which the trial court awarded damages to Charlie Hinds Paint & Body, Inc. for the storage of a wrecked tow truck, plus attorney’s fees. On appeal, National Casualty contends that the trial court erred in its application of the Vehicle Storage Facility Act, Chapter 2303 of the Texas Occupations Code, because there is insufficient evidence to support the judgment or award of damages.
